The proposed model for DKH encompasses nine countries, building on the learning route approach used in the scoping phase of the project, combining with few other methods globally proven to be success in several knowledge and capacity development programmes. Bangladesh and Myanmar have been the pioneers in the region for adapting knowledge and taking actions towards sustainability and resilience of deltas, so the session will share the learnings by key institutions involved throughout the initial phase of the project, and will answer to the key questions related to the knowledge hub development. The session will also explore the synergies with other available tools such as Delta Alliance toolbox and opportunities prevailing to upscale the learnings and sharing to the other countries in the region.
